Our Services
Overnight Sitting
Starting Rate: $70/day
Overnight Sitting is when the sitter stays in the clients home overnight. During the duration of this stay the sitter will follow the care plan put together with the client ensuring all fur-babies are having their needs met. This means proper feeding routine, exercise and any stimulation activities that are part of the plan. Included along with this is basic house-sitting responsibilities such as cleaning up after pets, litter box maintenance, yard poop pick-up, trash and recycling cans, and bringing in mail and packages.
Please Note: This is not Full-Time Care so the sitter may leave to do other walks, drop-ins or any personal reason. They will not leave your pets alone for more than four hours at a time unless otherwise agreed upon.
Full-Time Care
Starting Rate: $175/day
This service can be used for an extended stay in which all details are similar to Overnight Care as mentioned above. The difference is that for this service the sitter will only leave your pet for a max of 3 hours, or less if agreed upon, per day.
This service is great for fur-babies that have extreme separation anxiety, and owners who’d feel more secure with a constant presence in their home.
Alternatively, we’ve seen clients schedule this service for when they have to go to work or have appointments that make their day busy and have a puppy, or a sick/elderly animal that needs consistent attention.
Hiking Day Trips
Starting Rate: $85+gas
This service is something unique we offer here at Littlebear Petcare. Our sitter will pick-up your fur-babies and we will take them out on some hiking trails (generally chose trails that are at minimum 5 miles round-trip), we will stay within the greater Clark County area unless a trail outside of this area is approved by the owner. An example of trails frequently used are Moulton Falls and Lacamas Lake. During the summer some day trips clients have booked before are Mt. St Helens, beach trips, and Multnomah Falls.
We do only take pets from the same household on trips, unless clients have dogs that are friends and would like them to go together.
Alternatively, for senior pets or ones that for one reason or another wouldn’t enjoy something as intensive as a hike; we do offer day trips of a more leisurely variety like walking and enjoying the Vancouver waterfront for instance.
*Please note that given the time commitment to this service last minute bookings are not very likely to get accepted, feel free to message us to get availability options.
Drop-ins
Starting Rate:
$15 for 30 min. and $25 for 1 hr.
This service has a multitude of uses for our clients. We offer 30-minute and one hour long drop-ins during which sitters can do feedings, give medication, provide potty breaks, maintain litter boxes, and most importantly play-time.
These visits can be booked several times a day, or even scheduled as repeat visits if needed on a consistent basis.
A few examples of how clients have used this service:
Clients are leaving to go out of town and only have cats or other small animals, their animals are low maintenance and only need one or two visits (morning and evening) for feeding, medication, and general maintenance of litter or enclosures.
Clients are going out of town but dogs do not require overnight care. Instead client books drop-in visits and walks(if needed) several times a day or as needed to fit a routine they’d like while away.
Walks
Starting Rate:
$15 for 30 min. and $25 for 1 hr.
This service is pretty self explanatory, we provide a 30-minute and one hour option for this service. Unlike the hiking option this service is provided from our clients home, if your fur-baby has a preferred route around the neighborhood or area we can stick to that.
During this service we can also provide care that’s given during a drop-in such as feeding, medication administration, inside play-time and if needed litter care.
*Please note that since this is a timed visit these extra services will take away time from the walks.
Boarding
Starting Rate: $90/day
This service is highly selective as we don’t have a boarding facility and sitters will be keeping your fur-babies in the comfort of their own homes. Because of this, your fur-baby will have to be okay with the possibility of apartment living and/or any other pets, such as cats, the sitter may have in home.
For all boarding requests we will ask several questions to make sure boarding is this best fit versus overnight care in the clients home. To make sure we can provide the proper care that lets your fur-baby feel comfortable, loved and cherished while in a new environment we will not accept boarding requests until the client is comfortable and confident with the sitter and their home being the right fit.
